What is CrossFit?
CrossFit is Fitness. It is—by design—broad, general, and inclusive. We specialize in not specializing. Run, jump, throw, climb, push, pull, and carry—every day is different. We take elements of cardio, weight lifting, and gymnastics and combine them into fun, effective workouts. CrossFit is proven to burn fat, build lean muscle mass, and increase cardio-vascular endurance.
